Returns & exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges for items purchased as seen online. Custom or personalized orders, i.e. inscriptions, monograms, or dedications, cannot be returned as they cannot be resold.
I do not accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping policies
When packages are sent out, they are out of our hands as sellers. All ship times are estimated, and sending out a replacement package because it's lost will not solve the problem. Please be patient with the process. We can always work together and do the best we can solve any shipping issues together.
We will email you the tracking info for you to "search" for missing packages on USPS.
Standard shipping to:
* US Mainland only at this time.
* USPS First Class Mail with tracking number for sizes up to 8.5"x11"
Premium Shipping
*US Mainland only at this time.
* USPS Priority Mail be calculated at time of ordering for sizes larger than 8.5"x11"
Rush Orders & Special Shipping Requests:
If you need a rush order or any other method of shipping including Fed Ex, UPS or DHL, that will be additional and quoted according to duration and address. No international orders at this time.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct on the site order. If another order needs to be processed due to this, the customer is responsible for payment accordingly. We are not responsible for replacements if the address is entered incorrectly. We are also not responsible for damage caused during shipping or once it's reached it's destination.
Additional policies
Custom requests are accepted. Please start a conversation with me directly to discuss your order details. I will get back with you as soon as possible. Once we have finalized your request I will then make a custom listing for you to purchase your order.
During peak holiday seasons (Mother's Day and Christmas), shipping can take an additional 1 to 2 business days. Large orders may also require additional time shipping.
